Litter Pollution Act, 1997
In accordance with Section 12 of the Litter Pollution Act, 1997, notice is hereby given that Leitrim County Council propose to make a Litter Management Plan for the period 2016-2019.

Written submissions or observations, with respect to the Draft Plan may be made to Leitrim County Council before Wednesday 27th April, 2016, and such submissions or observations will be taken into consideration prior to the adoption of the plan.
Submissions or observations should be marked “Draft Litter Management Plan 2016 -2019” and addressed to: Joseph Gilhooly, Director of Services, Leitrim County Council, Aras an Chontae, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim.
Submissions or observations may also be made by email to environment@leitrimcoco.ie. Leitrim County Council is not accepting submissions by e-mail to any other Council addresses.
Closing date for submissions or observations is 4pm on Wednesday, 27th April, 2016.
